House Rules
WE LOVE OUR GUESTS AND WE WANT EVERYONE TO HAVE A GREAT TIME. THESE RULES ARE FOR THE COMFORT AND SAFETY OF ALL OUR GUESTS!
1) No smoking of ANY kind allowed inside the property, out of windows or close by the entrances. If evidence of smoking is found after the guests have checked out a $250 fee will be charged. If evidence is found during the reservation period guests will be asked to leave immediately and no refunds will be issued. Use of marijuana is strictly prohibited and you will be made leave immediately without refund if drug use is discovered. There is a designated smoking area outside each of our properties.

2) No pets allowed. If evidence of a pet is found after the guests have checked out a $250 fee per pet will be charged. If evidence of a pet is found during stay the guests will be asked to leave immediately and no refunds will be issued.

3) No parties or events allowed. If a party takes place , everyone will be given 30 minutes to leave the property , if this does not happen police will called to escort guests from the property, a $500 fine will be imposed and no refund issued for any unused portion of the stay. Please note there is an exterior camera recording sound and movement. Quiet time outside on weekdays / week nights is 9pm-9am and on weekends 10pm-10am. If you are at a property with a pool or hot tub there is to be no use of these amenities during quiet hours. If you need help in renting a venue for a party during your stay, reach out to us we are happy to give suggestions in the local area. The home and it’s amenities are for use of registered guests only. Additionally we expect renters to be friendly and careful of not blocking driveways etc and respectful of the neighbors.

4) Arrival & departure Check in time is any time after 4pm (If you require an earlier check in we may be able to accommodate if we do not have guests checking out that morning. Checkout is prior to 10am. Late checkout may be an option if we do not have guests checking in the same day and there is a $30 fee per hour for this convenience if you need it.

5) No eating allowed in the bedrooms.

6) No parking or driving on the grass

7) No moving furniture

8) Please remove shoes when inside the home (Unless there is a health issue that prevents this)

9) The home and its amenities are for use of registered guests only. Be transparent. We ask that you provide the names of all guests that will be staying at the home as part of reservation. Should there be any changes to this list please advise as soon as they are known. We can add additional people to the reservation prior to check in at a rate of $15 pp per night after check in is $55 per person per night. These rules are non negotiable. There is no charge for infants (Under twelve months) any children over 12 months must be included on your reservation.

10) Water Safety
If you are staying at one of our properties that has a pool, pond or hot tub the following rules apply. No eating in the pool or hot tub No glasses or glass bottles in or around the pool or hot tub. Hot tub is for use of adults only. As per general hot tub guidelines – not recommended for women who are pregnant or anyone suffering from high blood pressure. There is no lifeguard so children and any non swimmers must be supervised at all times. Any water activites are done so at your own risk
